Teacher Application Form

Please note that in order to submit this form you will need a photo of yourself, your CV and a letter of application. Details of file sizes and formats acceptable are listed at the bottom of the form.

If, and only if, you have a problem with the online form

The best and easiest way to apply for a vacancy is by using the above form. However if you have any problem with the form, you can use the, much more complicated, procedure below.

Before you download the application form please read these instructions carefully.

  1. Right click on the 'Application Form' link below and choose 'save link as...' or 'save target as...' whichever you see on the menu of your browser.
  2. Save the completed form to your hard drive the open it in Adobe Reader (don't use any other programme, see below).
  3. Fill the form in and use 'save as...' to save it with a new name (your name would be good).
  4. After you have saved the completed form it would be a good idea to open it again to check that the information has been saved correctly (obvious really but it's amazing how many people don't).
  5. Attach the completed form to an email together with the other documents required (see below) and send it to academicadmin@eic.edu

Please use an up to date version of Adobe Reader and no other programme to fill in the form as other third party applications, such as the Preview application on the Mac (as of version 5.0.3), corrupt PDF forms in a number of ways. Don't fill the form in in your browser as the information will not be saved.

The latest version of Adobe Reader can be dowloaded from here. Adobe Reader

Application Form - Right click this link and choose save as ..., use this one to fill out in Adobe Reader on your computer.

Please complete an application form and send with your CV and a letter of application, including a recent photo to the Academic Administrator by email academicadmin@eic.edu
