This week in Primary, we have been busy creating, celebrating and enjoying all things story-related for National Storytelling Week! Stories are a key part of students' creative development and it has been wonderful to witness the various activities taking place across the week. From cross-curricular Maths stories in Year 3, to micro-story writing in Year 6, right down to Early Years and Key Stage 1, where stories are always such an integral tool used to inspire learning - our creative minds have truly come alive! In addition to this, over one hundred(!) of our children have entered a Storytelling competition, using their own time to write about all manner of wonderful things. Well done to all who took part- you are all winners in my eyes!
