Year 6 enjoyed a captivating and informative trip to the Parque de las Ciencias Andalucía Granada in Granada.
After starting the day in the Light and Mirrors display, it was soon time for our visit to the Planetarium Dome where children watched a private screening of a fascinating 3D projection all about the stars, light, the eye and the evolution of light in our world; all of which they have been learning about in their recent Science lessons.
After refuelling with some lunch, it was time to move onto the exhibitions. They found the Human Body fascinating; were amazed at the meteorites and space suits through the ages in the Space exhibition; astounded by the Robotics exhibition; and found out lots of interesting information about what robots can do today.
The Science Museum never fails to impress, a great day was had by all.
