Aristotle once said, “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.” Our class of 2023 are testament to the hard road trodden that has resulted in the arrival at doors, wide open to future challenges and successes. Hard work and determination truly does pay off and what better way to celebrate, not the ending but an array of new beginnings, than the Graduation Dinner at the Marbella Golf Club. The spectacularly elegant cohort really made an impression with their social etiquette and style, interacting with teachers with a prowess that already showcases them as educated members of society. After the traditional class group photos, we enjoyed a lovely meal followed by some in house entertainment from the Sixth Form tutor team.
I am proud to be their Head of Sixth Form and to have witnessed their evolution into adults who will continue to impress in years to come.
