Being a House Captain in Primary really does mean something. With fewer applications than normal, the Primary Key Stage Leaders had to ensure that they were selecting the right people for the coveted positions and not just filling spaces!
In late September, Izak, Emilie, Lucy, Angela, Alaia, Nico, Bogdana and Adriana were officially presented as the House Captains for this academic year. What a sterling and impressive start they have made! Working closely alongside Miss Nicola, this group of students are already making an impact. Be it at the start of the school day, or at lunchtimes, they aim to forge good relationships with the younger students and show them how we play, eat, work and have fun at The EIC. They were also instrumental in the preparation and running of the Halloween activities for all of the Primary students, often sacrificing break and lunch times to ensure that they were organised and ready.
This group of House Captains are wearing their badges with pride and we are enjoying working with them and helping them to navigate this responsibility. Keep it up!
