Our Year 6 students had an opportunity to step into the world of Secondary Science with a visit to the Biology lab! Under the guidance of Mr Hogan, our budding scientists observed a fascinating dissection of a cow's heart. Ensuring all students felt comfortable and were not left feeling queasy, this hands-on experience not only brought their science textbooks to life but also provided a deeper understanding of the heart's complex workings. The students were engaged, asking insightful questions and learning about the vital role the heart plays in our bodies.
Scroll down to see the young learners in action, their curiosity piqued as they made connections between science theory and real-world applications!
A big thank you to Mr Hogan for providing such an inspiring and educational experience for our students!
