Exploring the wonders of nature! Year 3 embarked on an unforgettable journey to the Botanical Gardens in Malaga on Tuesday, April 30th. Led by our enthusiastic guide, Thomas, we delved into a world of vibrant colours and intriguing stories. Thomas captivated us with his wealth of knowledge, sharing fascinating titbits about the gardens' rich history and the diverse flora thriving within. From towering trees and speedy growing bamboo to arches covered in delicate flowers, every corner held a new discovery for us. Our tour finished with a workshop, where each child planted their own Spider Plant to bring home and care for, as a memento of their day and as a reminder of the importance of protecting our planet. It was a day of adventure, education, and appreciation for the beauty of our natural world.
