This half-term, Year 8 students have been preparing their own fairytale puppet show performances by creating and making their own character sock puppets, giving them a voice and adapting some well known stories, ready to perform live in front of an audience. On Wednesday 23rd October they were very lucky to have a special audience from Primary as Year 2 visited the drama room to watch them perform classic tales such as Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella and The Three Little Pigs.
We hope they enjoyed their performances and were entertained by some well known characters and tales. It was a great opportunity for the Year 8 students to perform live for them and for our younger students to see some of the work that our secondary students create in Drama. We hope they will come and visit us again soon!
