Our Under 13 boys and girls travelled to La Linea to take part in a football tournament organised by Sotogrande International School. Against an amazing backdrop of the Rock of Gibraltar, both teams played some excellent football and topped their groups after 5 qualifying matches.
The girls were unlucky to go out of the tournament at the quarter final stage, losing on penalties to Laude. The boys won their quarter final against BISM before also losing on penalties in the semi-final against Swans. Playoff matches followed and the girls finished fifth overall and the boys third out of 12 teams.
The level of competition was very high and our students displayed exemplary behaviour, attitude and sportsmanship and were a credit to our school. Congratulations to all of you!
